Snickers Bar High Protein Greek Yogurt Bowl

Okay truly this high protein greek yogurt bowl is one of my FAVORITE creations thus far. It’s giving fall with the cinnamon and apples – but tastes like a snickers fluff dessert! It’s a little sweet, a little tart, and packs about 30g of protein which is the bare minimum for what you should be having with each meal to feel satiated and stimulate your body’s natural GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1), improving blood sugar balance and helping you feel fuller for longer after a meal (adding in fiber like apples & dates does this as well).
