After struggling with autoimmune symptoms, food allergies, and chronic gut issues, I turned to holistic, evidence-based approaches to feel better — and it’s actually working! It wasn’t until I made the decision to focusing on healing from the inside out that things started to make sense, and I’ve been able to heal some of my health concerns without taking a life-long, extensive side effect medication or treatment.
